Projects are moving ahead at Courtyards this summer. The front door renovation is producing wonderful results. The workmen should be thanked for their labors in this heat. New plantings are going in all over the property to fill in gaps and cover bare batches.

Recently, the Board had a walk through the entire community with a representative of VF Landscape Services. The drought and Harvey had not been good for our landscaping and now we are going to make improvements in every courtyard.

November 19, 2018 A fire in the D Building was a reminder that we must be sure that our investment is protected. That means purchasing condo insurance that covers damage from a fire and other perils.
